WIN Workshop: Time and Self-Management
Do you want to clearly define your personal and professional goals and achieve them in an effective and efficient way? Do you want to carry out your research project quickly and successfully and be well prepared for the individual project phases? Do you want to establish a resilient work-life balance in order to be healthy and happy in this phase of your life and in the future? Do you want to be able to deal with stress, low motivation and other imponderables? Do you want to be able to communicate mindfully and appreciatively with your professional and private environment in order to set clear boundaries?
Training content:
- Create a vision of your desired future life
- Detect the organizational and content-related path of the research project
- Become aware of your own life balance
- Create a status quo and desired state analysis of a working day or week
- Identify your own biorhythm
- Define SMART goals
- Combine annual, monthly, weekly and daily plans
- Prioritize and make decisions
- Use creativity techniques for difficult, unpredictable situations
- Deal with low motivation, stress and procrastination
- Say no respectfully and set boundaries
