• Create a vision of your desired future life
• Detect the organizational and content-related path of the research project
• Become aware of your own life balance
• Create a status quo and desired state analysis of a working day or week
• Identify your own biorhythm
• Define SMART goals
• Combine annual, monthly, weekly and daily plans
• Prioritize and make decisions
• Use creativity techniques for difficult, unpredictable situations
• Deal with low motivation, stress and procrastination
• Say no respectfully and set boundaries
