WIN workshop: Becoming a Feedback Professional - A Training for Self-confident and Effective Communication
Frequent and candid communication plays an integral role in all walks of life. Docs and postdocs communicate with students when lecturing, with colleagues and subordinates in research teams and with supervisors - and on all levels a professional feedback culture will be essential for success.
In this workshop we focus on the aspects of professionally giving and receiving feedback. We will train important tools for a self-confident and at the same time valuing feedback communication, raise the awareness for the cange of perspective and exercise relevant conversations. This shall give you more security and a positive mindset for installing a proactive and profitable feedback culture fostering personal growth on all sides.
