On April 13 guestspeaker Dr. Alexander Westermann (Universität Würzburg) will give the first lecture within the "RNA Lecture Series Part I: Modern methods to analyze features of ribonucleoprotein particles". His talk will give insights into "Novel RNA-seq methods: DUal RNA-seq and single-cell RNA-seq". During the summer semester there will be eight different talks with a strong methodological focus including internal and external speakers.
Full participation in Part I can be counted with 0.5 CP as method course within the RIGeL Curriculum.
