From Science to Business: Online Workshop in Cooperation with Young Entrepreneurs in Science
Thursday, December 15 & Friday, December 16, 2022, 9-17, Online
The workshop offers the opportunity, on the one hand, to deal with the subject of professional independence from a personal perspective and, on the other hand, to deal with the possible transfer of one's own research into economic or social exploitation from a professional point of view. In addition to the teaching of start-up and business-related content, the participants benefit from the further development of personal and methodical skills and the expansion of their personal network.
The target group of the English-language online event are researchers (master’s students, doctoral students, postdocs) from all disciplines. The workshop is organized by Young Entrepreneurs in Science, regional partners are the University of Regensburg, the Julius Maximilian University of Würzburg, the Friedrich Alexander University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and the Otto Friedrich University of Bamberg. UR is a certified YES campus and is committed to more entrepreneurial spirit in science and research.
